Dolphin and whale energy is fun and unique, offering a unique range of frequencies to align at the deepest levels imaginable. Human ears can detect sounds from 20 to 20,000 Hz. Dolphins are capable of hearing a much wider range of frequencies— 2 to 200,000 Hz, up to 1.5 miles. Whales have a different register and their calls are heard up to 10,000 miles with frequencies 20. - 24,000hz. As we connect it's a bit of a guided meditation until we settle in and the energy does its magic. We start with some easy deep release breaths and give the spirit, body, soul and mind permission to open to the alignments from the dolphins and whales. We invite dolphins, whales and their healing teams and give them permission to release the past, align with the present and flow into the future with ease. The energy is smart and knows just how and where to go for perfect releasing, clearing and alignment. Every session is different. Sometimes we will have visions and sensations, others will reveal messages from our dolphin and whale guides, and sometimes it is a deep dive into the depths for full escape and alignment. Before the session, consider intentions for the healing energies. You need not share the intentions; as we connect it will all be clear to the energy. Find a comfortable location for the session. Many people get some great visions during the sessions. I will hold space after the session if you would like to share your experiences through the session. Our Zoom room includes dolphins from the Pacific Ocean!
